If you were unable to attend this month’s LPCA general meeting, here are some highlights:
-THANK YOU: we received a generous donation of flowers for Latrobe Park from neighbor Curt Furlow who owns Charm City Greenhouse.
-Parks and Beautification:
A collection fund to restore the Doda family memorial at Latrobe Park has been established. Visit http://www.gofundme.com/DodaMemorialFund – no donation is too small!
A free tree pruning class is scheduled Saturday, Dec. 6 9A-1P in the Latrobe Park Rec Center. Register for the class by visiting http://www.baltimoretreetrust.org. Space is limited.
Dog owners: please remember Latrobe Park is a “leash on your dogs” park.
-Social: the next major event will be the Holiday party Wednesday, December 10 at the Knights of Columbus. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
-Safety: reported crime is low, however please be mindful of the upcoming holiday season. Don’t have your packages delivered when you’re not home. Don’t leave gifts in the car.
